What you will do

• Oversee the active project portfolio within the assigned Line of Business to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
• Manage, coach, and develop Project Managers, providing guidance on timeline management, scope control, and performance planning.
• Enforce PMO standards and documentation practices through regular audits and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Strategists, and WFM to align staffing with workload forecasts and ensure execution feasibility.
• Track and report LOB-level delivery KPIs, including utilization, margin impact, and portfolio health.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of project management experience within a services or agency environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring project managers.
• Deep knowledge of project lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
• Experience with task-based systems such as Asana, Monday, or Teamwork.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent professional certification.
• Background in marketing, digital, or professional services organizations.
• Experience operating within a centralized PMO model or partnering with resource management functions.
• Experience with financial tracking and margin management.
