What you will do

• Oversee the active project portfolio within the assigned Line of Business to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of Project Managers through coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Enforce PMO standards, tools, and documentation practices to maintain execution discipline.
• Partner with Account Management, Strategy, and WFM to align staffing with workload forecasts.
• Monitor project health indicators and proactively mitigate risks to ensure portfolio stability.
• Track and report LOB-level delivery KPIs to the Director of PMO.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of project management experience within a services or agency environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring other project managers.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
• Experience with task-based systems like Teamwork, Asana, or Monday.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing, digital, or professional services organizations.
• PMP or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with financial tracking and margin management.
• Previous experience operating within a centralized PMO model.
