What you will do

• Oversee the active project portfolio within the assigned Line of Business to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Manage and develop Project Managers through coaching on timeline management, scope control, and performance reviews.
• Enforce PMO standards, tools, and documentation practices via regular audits and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Strategy, and WFM to align staffing with workload forecasts and project feasibility.
• Monitor project health indicators and escalate systemic risks to the Director, PMO.
• Track and report LOB-level delivery KPIs including utilization and margin impact.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of project management experience within a services or agency environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring project managers.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in project lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
• Experience with task-based systems such as Teamwork, Asana, or Monday.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in marketing, digital, or professional services organizations.
• Experience operating within a centralized PMO model.
• Knowledge of financial tracking and margin management within projects.
