What you will do

• Develop and direct project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals
• Establish and maintain project management policies and frameworks for effective delivery and compliance across business lines
• Administer training and development for project managers in PMO and embedded roles
• Respond to escalated project issues, coordinate solutions, and monitor metrics for operational improvements and cost savings
• Deliver aggregated project reporting to management and board committees
• Serve as main point of contact for project management issues with employees, regulators, and auditors

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of directly relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
