What you will do

• Own creative operations end-to-end: intake, scoping, prioritization, and traffic management
• Manage resourcing and capacity planning for the creative team, balancing workloads
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies; surface risks and blockers early
• Coordinate planning and production for video/photo shoots and creative initiatives
• Own Asana as project management hub: documentation, adoption, workflow improvements
• Support marketing campaigns: coordinate timelines, deliverables, retros across channels
• Serve as creative team contact in cross-functional meetings with marketing, product, sales
• Track and manage marketing budget: forecasting, reporting, stakeholder updates

Requirements

• 4+ years in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management
• Hands-on experience managing creative team workflows, resourcing, capacity planning
• Strong prioritization skills and judgment for urgent tasks
• Working knowledge of project management practices: scoping, scheduling, risk management
• Experience with Asana for processes and project hygiene
• Ability to partner cross-functionally across time zones
• Relationship-builder driving accountability with clarity
• Comfortable with ambiguity and full ownership from kickoff to delivery
