What you will do
- Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration
- Drive positive employee relations and foster a culture of safety
- Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, ADA, EEO, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment
- Train partners on company safety policies and procedures
- Monitor legal obligations and emphasize safety at the location
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

- 2+ years' Human Resources experience
