What you will do

• Perform data input in systems and cross-check B/L with clients while preparing SI to carriers.
• Manage payments to carriers and billings to clients.
• Coordinate with carriers for final sea waybill, telex release B/L, or original B/L.
• Collaborate with internal teammates to ensure smooth shipments.
• Check reports related to shipments and business.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and Ops team to complete jobs.
• Support Account Manager by providing reports for VIP customers.
