What you will do

• Handle high-volume, complex customs entry filings end-to-end, ensuring strict accuracy and PGA requirement adherence.
• Act as the primary account lead for assigned clients, resolving escalations and fostering strong professional relationships.
• Troubleshoot entry rejections and exceptions daily to maintain efficient queue flow.
• Develop and update complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on authoritative regulatory sources.
• Facilitate client onboarding, lead on-site Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and generate actionable reports.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide quality feedback and business requirement documents (BRDs) for technology improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in customs entry filing.
• Ability to independently file and troubleshoot moderately complex entries.
• Strong knowledge of authoritative customs sources and regulatory compliance.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for high-stakes client interactions.
• Highly organized with a solutions-oriented approach to identifying and addressing process gaps.
