What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage international shipments end-to-end, managing freight and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with CBP Regulations and maintain accurate government records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Sales to ensure deliverability and cost accuracy.
• Identify logistics constraints and risks during the deal-shaping process.
• Maintain detailed shipping records and tracking systems.
• Analyze opportunities to reduce shipping costs and improve overall reliability.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience with international shipping and customs processes.
• Strong professional background in logistics, freight, or supply chain management.
• Ability to translate operational constraints into clear commercial guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to unblock delivery issues.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

• Knowledge of Export Control.
