What you will do

• Design mechanical solutions like sheet metal and piping in collaboration with suppliers, procurement, and industrial engineering.
• Create and review CAD drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Analyze and resolve product technical issues to simplify assembly, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Manage and update product BOMs in Oracle, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with production schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and suppliers on component selection and cost calculations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, ideally in air conditioning sector with knowledge of light structural work and refrigeration principles.
• Proficient in 3D/2D CAD (PTC Creo, Solid Edge), PLM systems, Microsoft Office, and BOM structures.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, communication, and independent initiative skills.
• Fluent English preferred; intermediate acceptable.
• Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; bachelor's degree a plus.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of thermal products, refrigerant, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and focus on continuous improvement.
