TL;DR

Product Operations Manager (Feedback Loops, AI): Own and continuously improve customer feedback flows into product and research decisions with an accent on building shared operating systems for intake, synthesis, and routing. Focus on designing AI-enabled pipelines, establishing routing infrastructure, and driving adoption across product, research, GTM, and support teams.

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (hybrid, at least 25% time in office)

Salary: $260,000 - $325,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the org-wide pipeline capturing customer feedback from all channels into a structured system of record.
  • Build AI-powered synthesis and triage workflows using Claude to tag, cluster, summarize, and route feedback.
  • Establish routing and visibility layers to connect customer input to product roadmaps and model training priorities.
  • Design and run voice of the customer programs like advisory boards and early access cohorts for high-signal feedback.
  • Define success metrics, run retrospectives, and continuously improve processes and tooling.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product operations, customer insights, or voice of the customer programs in fast-paced tech
  • Personally shipped AI-enabled processes: written prompts, built evals, iterated on LLM workflows
  • Owned end-to-end customer feedback programs that influenced product decisions
  • Experience building horizontal, cross-org infrastructure and driving adoption through influence
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, creating structure, and iterating from v1 in scaling companies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field

Nice to have

  • AI-native workflows: prompt design, evals, closed-loop improvement
  • Product Management, Customer Success Operations, or Research Operations experience
  • Familiarity with feedback tools like Productboard or Dovetail
  • Track record scaling operations programs from zero to one
