TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Leading the identification and automation of operational workflows for the legal vertical with an accent on AI and agentic platforms. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in and work at least 3 days a week in the El Segundo, CA office)

What you will do

• Identify and automate operational workflows to drive competitive differentiation and efficiency.
• Translate business strategy into a product roadmap and develop compelling business cases for new capabilities.
• Lead the implementation of cutting-edge AI and agentic platforms to streamline legal operations.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to design and build automation solutions and integrations.
• Run POCs and Pilots to assess the feasibility of bringing new automation ideas to reality.
• Coordinate rollouts and drive adoption of solutions across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in and able to work hybrid (at least 3 days a week) in the El Segundo, CA office.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong background with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Demonstrated success managing products that involve coordination across multiple stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience managing workflow or process automation solutions.
• Experience rolling out LLM-powered products and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering approaches.
• Conceptual understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience with case management systems or legal operations.
