Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in El Segundo, California, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: Starting at $90,000 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Identify manual operational workflows and inefficiencies that can be addressed through automation.
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, business cases, and product roadmap decisions.
• Run proofs of concept and pilots to assess automation ideas and feasibility.
• Work with UX and Engineering teams to design and build automation solutions, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Coordinate launches and rollouts across internal teams, external partners, and case management systems.
• Measure time saved, manual steps eliminated, throughput improvements, adoption, and product iteration opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Analytical approach to products and features, with a focus on measurable operational improvements.
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear product requirements and simplify them for non-engineering stakeholders.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.
• Demonstrated success coordinating products across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Willingness and ability to work hybrid at least 3 days per week in the El Segundo, California office.

Nice to have

• Experience managing workflow or process automation solutions.
• Experience rolling out LLM-powered products and agentic workflows.
• Prompt engineering experience and knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience with case management systems, legal operations, or product rollouts involving external organizations.
• Knowledge of web or mobile development processes.
