What you will do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for AI Voice, managing the full conversational AI lifecycle.
• Surface and resolve gaps in AI accuracy, latency, and system performance.
• Translate enterprise hotel operational needs into scalable product improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure high availability and platform scalability.
• Define and track key performance indicators like resolution rate and containment.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders including sales and customer success on new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling AI or conversational AI products.
• Technical depth in LLMs, NLP, and dialog management infrastructure.
• Ability to drive alignment across engineering and data science teams without direct authority.
• Experience connecting AI performance metrics to business outcomes.
• Strong history of staying close to enterprise customers to inform product development.
