What you will do
- Execute targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Research and assess target accounts against predefined criteria to prioritize prospecting efforts strategically.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover prospects' challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations to build rapport and advance conversations.
- Schedule and manage introductory meetings for Account Executives to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the enterprise sales playbook and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in sales prospecting, outbound inside sales, or as an SDR/BDR.
- Proven track record of thriving in a quota-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging senior executives.
- Ability to handle a high volume of daily sales calls and multi-channel outreach.
- Resilience, strong work ethic, and a coachable, team-focused mindset.
- Must be based in Waltham, MA; no work authorization sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
