What you will do

  • Execute targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Research and assess target accounts against predefined criteria to prioritize prospecting efforts strategically.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover prospects' challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations to build rapport and advance conversations.
  • Schedule and manage introductory meetings for Account Executives to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the enterprise sales playbook and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales prospecting, outbound inside sales, or as an SDR/BDR.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a quota-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging senior executives.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of daily sales calls and multi-channel outreach.
  • Resilience, strong work ethic, and a coachable, team-focused mindset.
  • Must be based in Waltham, MA; no work authorization sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
