What you will do
- Prospect and research leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase to identify decision-makers and tailor outreach.
- Execute 60–100 daily touchpoints via email, phone, LinkedIn, video messages with personalized campaigns.
- Build and test multi-step outbound cadences, A/B test elements, and optimize for reply and conversion rates.
- Log activities in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), maintain data hygiene, and update records.
- Collaborate with account executives for handoffs and share insights with marketing and product teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in SDR, BDR, or outbound lead generation roles
- Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (Outreach.io, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo)
- Experience with cold calls, outbound campaigns, and objection handling
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Resilient, goal-oriented, strong communicator across channels
Nice to have
- 2–4 years SDR experience with quota attainment
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS sales cycles
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler)
- Experience with enterprise or mid-market accounts
