What you will do
- Answer and manage 60–90 inbound leads per week via phone, email, and CRM
- Convert prospects into customers through short, focused sales calls (10–15 minutes)
- Make strategic outbound calls to warm leads for follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport quickly
- Track all sales activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with service operations team using Housecall Pro
- Mentor new team members and contribute to process improvements as you grow
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency with minimal accent
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Comfortable with high call volumes in fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently remotely
- Natural relationship-builder
Nice to have
- Experience with short sales cycles and inbound lead conversion
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Housecall Pro, or similar tools
- Background in home services or field services
- Previous coaching or mentoring experience
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
