Location: Fully remote, Sacramento, CA market. Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify, I-9 required)
Salary: $65,000 - $180,000 a year (base + commission)

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify leads by researching potential property owners suitable for hosting.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking to connect with owners.
- Run host discovery calls and meetings to understand needs and barriers.
- Deliver value propositions highlighting revenue potential, simplified management, and societal impact.
- Build relationships, tailor solutions with financial modeling, and close deals for onboarding.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams, track metrics in CRM, and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate or property management, with track record of hitting targets.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated for remote startup environment with tech proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Knowledge of real estate markets, analytical skills for ROI calculations, and problem-solving adaptability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and alignment with core values like integrity and empathy.
