- Prospect and qualify leads by researching potential property owners.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Run host discovery calls and meetings to understand needs and barriers.
- Deliver value propositions highlighting revenue potential and simplified management.
- Build relationships, tailor solutions, and close deals for onboarding hosts.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams and track metrics in CRM.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate or property management.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated for remote startup environment with CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Knowledge of real estate markets, analytical skills for ROI calculations.
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial mindset.
