What you will do
- Prospect and close deals with SMBs across various sectors to exceed individual bookings and revenue targets.
- Perform outbound lead generation via cold-calling, email, and door-to-door field sales.
- Own the full sales cycle including planning, qualifying, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Translate complex merchant pain points into simple and attractive payment solutions.
- Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene within Hubspot.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to share product feedback and advocate for client needs.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a closing sales role with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Proven experience in prospecting, objection handling, and negotiating complex solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to successfully manage and grow revenue.
- Proficiency with Hubspot (or similar CRMs), Google Suite, and sales tools like Lusha or Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
