TL;DR

Manager, Client Success (SaaS): Leading a team of Client Success Managers and managing key expansion accounts to drive retention and growth with an accent on executive relationship management and value realization. Focus on developing structured success plans, coaching team members, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure client business outcomes.

Location: Preferred hybrid in Lehi or Houston; remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of expansion accounts with primary responsibility for renewals, expansion, and relationship development.
  • Directly oversee 1-2 complex enterprise accounts, managing executive relationships and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Lead and coach a team of Client Success Managers, setting high standards for success planning and stakeholder mapping.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to align hirify.global's value with specific client business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to remove roadblocks and enable account success.
  • Utilize CRM data and health scores to proactively manage risk and maintain accurate retention forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Customer/Client Success or Account Management.
  • 1+ years of experience leading and coaching teams.
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise accounts with strong retention and expansion results.
  • Executive presence and confidence leading meetings with VP/C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CS platforms such as ChurnZero, Gainsight, or Totango.
  • Experience in SaaS, risk management, supply chain, EHS, or compliance industries.

  • Experience managing global or multi-region clients.
  • A builder mindset for improving internal processes and playbooks.
