What you will do

  • Manage client portfolio for high retention and satisfaction
  • Serve as primary client contact, building long-term relationships
  • Oversee campaign delivery across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, and social media
  • Analyze performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for service expansion
  • Collaborate with PPC, SEO, creative, and content teams
  • Conduct strategy calls, QBRs, and track KPIs using CRM tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management within a US marketing or digital agency
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with US-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRO)
  • Strong commercial mindset with track record of revenue growth and client retention
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with US clients
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting tools
  • Ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
