Salary: $47,754.00 - $59,696.00 USD per year plus commission.

What you will do

• Identify and develop land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Partner with the sales team to create relationships with existing customers, identifying their potential needs and assisting in developing a business case.
• Move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls.
• Maintain a pipeline of early-stage leads.
• Maintain activities and related data in CRM system (Salesforce).
• Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years experience in business development, sales or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience researching, account planning, and prospecting into a list of accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment.
