TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities and building the top end of the revenue funnel through prospecting and outbound communication with an accent on lead generation and relationship building. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, nurturing business relationships, and managing sales data.
Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area (Hybrid: work in NYC office at least 3 days a week)
Salary: Base salaries from $64,350 per year + variable compensation

What you will do
- Prospect, identify, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities in target accounts.
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to engage potential customers.
- Identify key decision-makers and determine their buying readiness and timelines.
- Capture and manage lead data and metrics within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute growth campaigns.
Requirements
- Spanish Bilingual (must have)
- Must be located in the New York Metro Area
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
- Strong interest or previous experience working within a SaaS organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of HR tech platforms or the HR industry.
