TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (USA): Identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for post-purchase SaaS platform with an accent on personalized outreach, cold calling, and uncovering pain points in ecommerce, CX, and logistics. Focus on owning early-stage sales funnel, engaging C-level stakeholders, and generating pipeline through meetings and opportunities.

Fully Remote (US hub), Must be based on the East Coast, expected to attend conferences and office off-sites.

What you will do

  • Prospect into target accounts using email, cold calls, video, and LinkedIn social selling.
  • Own early-stage sales funnel: research, outreach, qualification, and handoff to sales team.
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders in Ecommerce, CX, Operations, Logistics, and IT.
  • Identify pain points and communicate value aligned to prospect challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce and meet monthly KPIs for meetings and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in B2B SaaS sales development or lead generation.
  • High energy, resilience, and drive to handle rejection.
  • Comfortable with phone calls, video, voice notes, and creative outreach.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to different personas and platforms.
  • Curious, commercially minded, with experience in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based on the East Coast.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in remote-first environment; attend conferences and off-sites.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Retail, Ecommerce, or MarTech.
  • Technical mindset or interest in digital transformation.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up.
