What you will do
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales campaigns to identify qualified opportunities.
- Engage with IT and business decision-makers via telephone, email, video, and LinkedIn.
- Manage lead activities and prospect interactions within Salesforce.
- Set up qualified introductory meetings for the sales team and nurture early-stage opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and account executive partners to maximize business outcomes.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience required.
- Must be based in England with ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Hunter mentality with strong proficiency in prospecting and cold-calling.
- Outstanding communication skills with active listening capabilities.
- Aptitude for learning complex IT software and business-critical solutions.
Nice to have
- Fluency in additional European languages such as French, German, or Dutch.
