What you will do
- Act as client-facing consultant to identify, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns for enterprise clients.
- Serve as primary point of contact, managing communications, account activities, and strategy development for 80%+ of accounts.
- Lead multiple accounts, provide strategic counsel, mentor juniors, and ensure client success through KPI tracking and analysis.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, financial health, and stakeholder relationships.
- Review account performance with leadership, identify growth opportunities, and support new business pitches.
- Stay current on industry trends and foster agency culture through team participation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years in marketing account management at an agency
- Strong knowledge of digital tactics: SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, use project management tools
- Proven revenue growth and long-term client relationships
