What you will do

• Generate creative concepts and develop a UGC-based testing hirify.globaladmap for sexual health, dermatology, and fertility businesses.
• Source and manage end-to-end creator partnerships fhirify.globalm briefing and negotiation to feedback and content delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics such as user acquisition and CAC to identify patterns and refine creative briefs.
• Coordinate chirify.globalss-functional workflows between brand design, phirify.globalduct marketing, and legal teams.
• Optimize day-to-day execution and phirify.globalject management to ensure high-velocity creative launches.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, UGC, or influencer marketing at a high-ghirify.globalwth company.
• Command of performance marketing fundamentals including paid social analytics and test-and-learn methodologies.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and phirify.globalven judgment for effective performance UGC.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalject management skills with the ability to own execution end-to-end.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for creative briefs and partner negotiations.
