Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, in addition to annual variable compensation.

What you will do
- Adapt and execute regional go-to-market strategy for the Americas, adjusting messaging and positioning.
- Support revenue growth by working with regional leaders and sales teams.
- Enable sales success by ensuring teams know how to position solutions effectively.
- Lead training and adoption initiatives for priority offerings like CTV and Retail Media.
- Provide market insights by tracking competitors and industry trends.
- Gather feedback from clients and sales teams to inform global go-to-market and product roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising, ideally within AdTech, programmatic, or Retail Media.
- Commercial mindset with experience contributing to go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborative influencer able to work with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Strategic and practical thinker able to translate high-level ideas into actionable plans.
- Data-informed communicator able to use insights and performance metrics.
