What you will do

  • Define and execute consumer marketing strategies across email, direct mail, SMS, web, and paid social channels.
  • Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies and collaborate with Analytics to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Ensure a cohesive member experience across all touchpoints from awareness to ongoing program engagement.
  • Oversee quarterly experimentation roadmaps using A/B and multivariate testing to improve KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Sales to align messaging.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals to foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 12+ years of D2C marketing experience.
  • 10+ years of direct experience developing digital, email, and direct mail campaigns.
  • 5+ years in leadership and cross-functional team management.
  • Proven expertise in marketing analytics tools and translating data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong background in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing across organizational levels.

  • Health-tech or B2B2C industry experience.
