Pay: $250,000-$300,000 OTE

What you will do

• Define and execute technical vision on AWS, staying hands-on in codebase (20-30% time) for architecture, performance, and security.
• Drive platform modernization including AI-assisted development and intelligent product workflows.
• Own end-to-end product roadmap: discovery, prioritization, delivery, and customer adoption.
• Build and lead a 5-7 person engineering team, establishing scalable best practices.
• Partner with sales and customer success to align roadmap with market needs and revenue goals.
• Communicate technology strategy to founders, leadership, and board.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US for remote work
• Senior engineering or product-engineering leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, equivalent) at SaaS company.
• Hands-on coding with recent production shipping experience.
• Track record owning both product roadmap and technical execution.
• Experience scaling SaaS in regulated industry (healthcare preferred) with HIPAA/SOC 2 familiarity.
• Practical AI/ML integration delivering customer value.
• Strong judgment on build/buy, refactor/ship decisions under constraints.

• Healthcare technology or surgical workflow experience.
• Vendor credentialing or compliance workflows knowledge.
• Prior scaling high-growth company.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
