What you will do

• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate data and updates within the ATS and CRM systems.
• Assist in the creation and publication of job postings across various platforms.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media and career page content.
• Participate in on-site office visits, interviews, and employer branding events.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a university with the ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
• Must be based in Barcelona for on-site collaboration when required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in digital tools and familiarity with professional networks like LinkedIn.
