What you will do
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data and updates within the ATS and CRM systems.
- Assist in the creation and publication of job postings across various platforms.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media and career page content.
- Participate in on-site office visits, interviews, and employer branding events.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a university with the ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
- Must be based in Barcelona for on-site collaboration when required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in digital tools and familiarity with professional networks like LinkedIn.
