TL;DR

Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology): Developing new market opportunities and managing client and candidate relationships within the tech sector with an accent on business development and technical expertise. Focus on acquiring new clients, headhunting talented professionals, and delivering commercial outcomes for the Iberia region.

Location: Must be based in or around the Madrid area, Spain (Hybrid: office visits 2-4 times per month)

What you will do

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities through marketing calls, networking, and client visits.
  • Identify and attract top technical candidates using job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high client satisfaction and candidate care.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals and market hotlists.
  • Collaborate with managers to achieve financial targets and team KPIs.
  • Coach and support new Sales Consultants within the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a recruitment agency as a consultant.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development related to recruiting.
  • Must be based in or around the Madrid area, Spain.
  • Conversational English proficiency.
  • Competence in ATS, CRM, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Reporting & Analytics tools.
