TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Recruiter (AI): Reviewing and refining AI-generated recruitment outputs and strategies with an accent on commercial realism, compliance, and best practices. Focus on identifying logic gaps, drafting realistic hiring scenarios, and improving AI reasoning for talent acquisition.

Location: Remote (Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK)

Compensation: €25 – €120 per hour

What you will do

  • Review and refine AI-generated outputs on sourcing, recruitment strategy, and hiring processes.
  • Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Draft realistic recruitment scenarios and case studies based on direct hiring experience.
  • Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak logic in AI-generated recruitment content.
  • Create scenario variations from different perspectives, including recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
  • Several years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in fast-scaling environments.
  • Strong ability to assess recruitment logic and real-world viability.
  • Ability to work independently and provide sharp, structured feedback.
  • Available for 8–20 hours per week with near-term availability.
