TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Manage the full sales cycle for Customer Lobby and pulseM brands, focusing on reputation management and marketing solutions for home services with an accent on building relationships with mid-market and enterprise prospects. Focus on performing compelling product demos, nurturing pipelines, and closing deals with Director, VP, and C-Level contacts.

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; hybrid or in-office if near offices; must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship; light travel to trade shows, events, or Denver HQ may be required.

Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 USD (OTE, base + commissions)

What you will do

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with qualified prospects over phone and email.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects.
  • Perform product demos and sales presentations to Director, VP, and C-Level contacts.
  • Act as trusted advisor to transform clients' CX strategies.
  • Light travel to trade shows and events as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment, preferably enterprise.
  • High confidence throughout the sales cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment and work independently.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of home improvement industry.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Salesloft.
