TL;DR

Sales Representative (Ecommerce): Acquiring and nurturing new livestream sellers to expand hirify.global's supply with an accent on managing the full sales cycle and strategic coaching. Focus on sourcing high-potential sellers, overcoming objections, and utilizing data to drive continuous growth and iteration.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of the San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City hub

Salary: $115K – $165K + Equity & Commission

hirify.global is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, enabling users to buy, sell, and discover products across hundreds of categories.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and strategic coaching.
  • Source and acquire high-potential SMB sellers with an existing online presence to scale their business on the platform.
  • Lead discovery and onboarding calls via video and phone to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Analyze key data points to assess seller growth and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop growth strategies and communicate product feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of selling, closing deals, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the ability to manipulate data for business insights.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with limited guidance.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
  • Proficiency in Airtable and Salesforce.
  • Passion for creator communities and live ecommerce.
  • Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
