What you will do

  • Own division revenue targets across new business and expansion, driving forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Lead and develop two Sales Managers, establishing operating rhythms like QBRs and deal inspections.
  • Guide multi-product sales excellence, refining value propositions and multi-threading strategies with Product and Marketing.
  • Execute strategic planning by analyzing data for growth levers, territories, and resource allocation.
  • Coach frontline managers on hiring, onboarding, and performance to instill ownership and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM teams and provide field insights to shape product roadmap and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in SaaS sales, 3–5+ years in second-line leadership (managing managers)
  • Proven success in multi-product/platform sales motions and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Player-coach mentality, data-driven operations, strategic thinking, people development, and cross-functional influence.
  • Experience in high-growth or acquisitive SaaS environments preferred.
