$145,000 - $230,000 USD (tiered by location: Tier 1 SF/NYC $180k-$230k; Tier 2 LA/Boston $160k-$210k; Tier 3 Austin/Denver $150k-$195k; Tier 4 Miami/Atlanta $145k-$185k)

What you will do
- Build and own Sales Operations strategy, processes, and CRM roadmap aligned to revenue growth and GTM model.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, dashboards, and multi-level prediction models with Finance and Data.
- Design and manage sales compensation, quotas, territory planning, and incentive administration.
- Drive HubSpot configuration, automation, governance, and integration of sales tech stack.
- Lead and develop high-performing Sales Ops team, fostering operational rigor and data-driven decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Data, Finance, Marketing for aligned SOPs, lead management, and OKR planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy, 5+ years leading teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startups with GTM, CAC/LTV focus
- Expert HubSpot CRM: design, automation, reporting, lifecycle
- Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, compensation design
- Strong collaboration with Data/Finance on reporting, ETL, attribution
- Analytical mastery: spreadsheets, dashboards; vision-to-execution in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication to influence executives

- Scaling Sales Ops from early to growth stage
- Online marketplaces or multi-sided platforms
- Field operations, capacity planning, GTM for supply/demand
