What you will do

  • Own integrated revenue strategy tied to company goals and unit economics.
  • Design coverage/territory/segment model, allocate headcount/budget by ROI.
  • Build operating cadence for forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and repeatable GTM playbooks.
  • Develop enablement engine, QA loops, leadership bench, and coaching culture.
  • Manage GTM systems (CRM/tooling), automation, and capacity planning.
  • Align Product, Marketing, Finance, Data on revenue priorities and transformations.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership in marketplaces or B2B SMB/mid-market services with quota-carrying motion.
  • Executive presence, crisp communication, board-ready narratives.
  • Track record developing teams: hiring, upgrading talent, coaching culture.
  • Rigor in forecasting, pipeline hygiene, data/unit economics orientation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with Product/Marketing/Finance/Data.
