TL;DR

Salary: $155,000 - $175,000

What you will do

  • Execute the HME sales strategy to align with company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals across new business and account management.
  • Achieve and exceed bookings, ARR, and retention targets within the HME segment.
  • Oversee pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and strategic deal execution.
  • Build executive relationships with HME owners, operators, and clinical leaders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the GTM strategy and handoffs.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Direct experience selling to Home Medical Equipment (HME), DME, or similar healthcare providers.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, and churn.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no employer visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling workflow, revenue cycle, or operational software in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with HME regulatory and reimbursement environments.
  • Experience partnering with channel or technology integration partners.
  • Background working with mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers.
