What you will do

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage complex calendars.
• Maintain ATS accuracy with daily checks on candidate stages, data, and feedback.
• Follow up with interviewers for timely feedback submission.
• Draft offer letters and handle pre-hire documentation.
• Review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, flag issues.
• Manage job postings and repostings across boards to ensure applicant flow.

Requirements

• 1+ year in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on ATS experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with global teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• High-volume hiring support experience.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS.
• Job posting optimization or recruitment metrics exposure.
