What you will do

• Hunt down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles and build/nurture pipelines for immediate and future needs.
• Run market maps to identify top talent locations and partner with recruiters to refine searches and calibrate profiles.
• Monitor pipeline health and sourcing performance.
• Coordinate interviews by handling scheduling, communications, and logistics.
• Maintain data hygiene in ATS, spot inefficiencies, and pull basic reports with insights.
• Pitch in on additional tasks in our small, fast-moving recruiting team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting ops.
• Super organized and detail-oriented.
• Curious, resourceful, and able to figure things out quickly.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong communicator who is clear, concise, and candidate-friendly.
