What you will do

• Manage candidates from application to offer, including communication and support.
• Publish and update vacancies on job boards.
• Coordinate interviewer scheduling, availability, and team communication.
• Maintain hiring trackers and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with onboarding and supply teams for smooth pipeline.
• Support hiring process improvements and candidate experience.

Requirements

• English: B2+ (written and spoken)
• 6+ months experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple candidates
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and metrics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS/CRM systems
• EdTech or high-volume hiring background
• Understanding of full hiring lifecycle and metrics
