What you will do

• Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, emails, webinars, forms, and workflows following best practices.
• Develop lead scoring and routing systems to ensure healthy top-of-funnel handoffs to BDRs.
• Manage data integrity and integrations within HubSpot to support Marketing and Sales teams.
• Implement and verify tracking and attribution processes to measure campaign performance.
• Identify and deploy AI tools (LLMs, copilots, low-code) to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve output quality.
• Document operations processes in Notion and track project progress via Monday.com.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing Ops within a scaling company.
• Expert proficiency in HubSpot Enterprise (Marketing, CRM, and Operations Hubs).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong ability to utilize AI tools (LLMs, copilots, low-code platforms) in daily workflows.
• Working knowledge of HTML and advanced data analysis/dashboarding skills.
• Experience with tools such as Clay, N8N, Apollo.io, and Monday.com.
