TL;DR

Enterprise Marketing Manager (ABM): Develop and execute targeted 1:1 Account-Based Marketing programs for largest enterprise accounts with an accent on new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and competitive conversions. Focus on partnering with Sales and Marketing, planning events and workshops, and driving pipeline generation and deal acceleration primarily in the U.S. market with global collaboration.

Location: United States (Remote). Primarily U.S. market focus with collaboration across EMEA and global regions.

What you will do

  • Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, and Enterprise Sales to create strategic account plans and identify key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute events and ABM workshops targeting decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Support competitive displacement with targeted switching campaigns.
  • Execute personalized 1:1 ABM campaigns with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Translate account strategies into executable marketing programs aligned across functions and regions.
  • Drive account engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth while bridging regional communication gaps.
  • Track KPIs and use analytics to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise marketing, ABM, or strategic B2B marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record partnering with Enterprise Sales in revenue-focused environments.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in high-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on execution of 1:1 ABM campaigns for complex buying committees.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and global collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with optimization, data science, AI/ML, or applied mathematics.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ABM platforms like 6sense, content systems, and Generative AI.
  • Leading strategic initiatives and workshops.
