What you will do
- Lead commercial performance and development of distributor-led markets in LATAM, Central America, Caribbean, and South America.
- Drive multi-year, annual, and seasal planning, translating insights into actiable strategies for growth.
- Own key negotiatis, ctract structuring, renewals, and partnership evoluti with distributors.
- Shape go-to-market strategies across channels, segments, and product categories including footwear, apparel, accessories.
- Lead omnichannel expansi, optimizing DTC capabilities and partner performance.
- Build cross-functial alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operatis, Finance; inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Requirements
hirify.globalg>8+ years in commercial, sales, or general management with exposure to distributor-led models in LATAM hirify.globalg>- Proven track record driving growth in complex multi-market envirments
- Strg leadership to build and inspire diverse teams
- Excellent communicati with cultural awareness;

- Experience in sportswear, fashi, or csumer goods across wholesale, retail, e-commerce
