What you will do

  • Lead commercial performance and development of distributor-led markets in LATAM, Central America, Caribbean, and South America.
  • Drive multi-year, annual, and seashirify.globalal planning, translating insights into actihirify.globalable strategies for growth.
  • Own key negotiatihirify.globals, chirify.globaltract structuring, renewals, and partnership evolutihirify.global with distributors.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies across channels, segments, and product categories including footwear, apparel, accessories.
  • Lead omnichannel expansihirify.global, optimizing DTC capabilities and partner performance.
  • Build cross-functihirify.globalal alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operatihirify.globals, Finance; inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • hirify.globalg>8+ years in commercial, sales, or general management with exposure to distributor-led models in LATAMhirify.globalg>
  • Proven track record driving growth in complex multi-market envirhirify.globalments
  • Strhirify.globalg leadership to build and inspire diverse teams
