What you will do

  • Own end-to-end service lifecycle including strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement for platforms and applications.
  • Ensure ITIL-compliant processes for incident, problem, change, and request management; develop service documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Create service offers with SLAs, pricing, and designs; support pre-sales with effort estimates and risk assessments.
  • Monitor SLAs, coordinate System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Developers in DevOps/SRE environment; drive CSI via KPIs.
  • Steer application and infrastructure evolution per SRE principles; manage EOL scenarios and secure web operations per OWASP.
  • Act as key interface to customers and stakeholders; build networks for coordinated service delivery.

Requirements

  • German: at least C1
  • English: at least C1
  • ITIL certification (at least Foundation).
  • Several years in IT Service Management, preferably enterprise or telco; experience translating requirements into processes.
  • Service design, SLA definition; strong DevOps/SRE, web ops, OWASP, EOL management, monitoring skills.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence; analytical skills, customer orientation, leadership without authority.

Nice to have

  • Higher ITIL certifications.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD/monitoring tools.
