What you will do
- Own end-to-end service lifecycle including strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement for platforms and applications.
- Ensure ITIL-compliant processes for incident, problem, change, and request management; develop service documentation and ensure compliance.
- Create service offers with SLAs, pricing, and designs; support pre-sales with effort estimates and risk assessments.
- Monitor SLAs, coordinate System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Developers in DevOps/SRE environment; drive CSI via KPIs.
- Steer application and infrastructure evolution per SRE principles; manage EOL scenarios and secure web operations per OWASP.
- Act as key interface to customers and stakeholders; build networks for coordinated service delivery.
Requirements
- German: at least C1
- English: at least C1
- ITIL certification (at least Foundation).
- Several years in IT Service Management, preferably enterprise or telco; experience translating requirements into processes.
- Service design, SLA definition; strong DevOps/SRE, web ops, OWASP, EOL management, monitoring skills.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; analytical skills, customer orientation, leadership without authority.
Nice to have
- Higher ITIL certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD/monitoring tools.
