What you will do
- Support planning and execution of go-to-market launches for products, features, and initiatives, informed by customer insights and aligned with business goals
- Contribute to research on user needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into customer-centric messaging and positioning
- Partner with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to craft narratives that communicate product value and differentiation across customer touchpoints
- Track and report on go-to-market performance, campaign effectiveness, and product adoption, analyzing results for optimization opportunities
Requirements
- Must be located in the Greater Boston Area
- 2+ years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B or B2B2C tech company, ideally supporting SMB-focused products
- Experience supporting launches or campaigns that drove awareness, adoption, or engagement
- Strong communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex concepts into clear messaging
- Data-curious, comfortable with performance metrics
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
