What you will do
- Act as an extension of the Head of Marketing, turning strategy into execution across the entire function.
- Run the operating system of the marketing team, owning planning cadences, shaping quarterly priorities, and ensuring alignment on high-leverage work.
- Lead high-impact ambiguous projects like launching growth motions, connecting product marketing to sales, or building performance tracking systems.
- Bring structure to chaos by building usable dashboards, improving pipeline influence tracking, and creating efficient processes.
- Partner with leaders in growth, product marketing, brand, community, and sales for cohesive, compounding initiatives.
Requirements
- Builder mindset: implement from zero to one, figure things out independently.
- Strong business judgment to prioritize ruthlessly and separate important from urgent.
- Experience in high-growth environments navigating ambiguity and rapid change.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, balancing structure with speed.
- Excellent communicator distilling complex ideas into actionable plans and aligning stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of marketing (growth, product marketing, or brand) and its connection to revenue.
