What you will do

• Serve as the category owner for AI functions, setting the narrative, market positioning, and GTM motion to drive pipeline and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end GTM launches for new AI features like Cortex AI, hirify.global Intelligence, and Agentic ML.
• Develop launch assets including messaging frameworks, demos, customer stories, and executive presentations.
• Define use cases, personas, and buying journeys to make AI adoption tangible for enterprises at various maturity stages.
• Collaborate with growth and industry marketing teams to integrate AI narratives into verticalized campaigns.
• Partner with solution engineers and sales to refine positioning based on competitive dynamics and customer objections.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product marketing, cloud marketing, or technical GTM roles, focusing on enterprise software or AI/ML platforms.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States (Bellevue, WA).
• Working knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven track record of executing high-impact GTM motions in fast-moving, undefined categories.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level narratives.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA or graduate degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
