What you will do

• Own a major Flow domain end-to-end, from strategy and architecture to delivery and operations across factories.
• Architect distributed systems balancing latency, resilience, data consistency, and observability.
• Scope, build, and deploy full-stack applications driving revenue and factory throughput.
• Set technical direction, define roadmaps, and align execution to business outcomes.
• Lead cross-team efforts, manage dependencies, and establish engineering practices like testing and incident response.
• Mentor senior engineers and translate business priorities into technical plans.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or ITAR-eligible.
• Proven lead-level ownership of product domains and business-critical systems at scale.
• Experience building distributed systems across multiple sites or environments.
• Strong full-stack experience with React/TypeScript frontends and Go backends.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and systems thinking skills.
• Track record leading initiatives across teams in complex codebases.
